This piece presently resides at Ms. Anita's Restaurant. Painted while in a workshop, this has been a favorite, for it reminds me of that fun week. I have a propensity for flowers, but haven't painted any lately. I suppose I'm trying to stretch my painting ability by focusing on different subjects. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "The earth laughs in flowers." He had a point there.
