I should have spent the afternoon unpacking, but I ran and got my pochade box from the car and painted instead. It's certainly not my best work, but it's the first I've painted since in West Virginia. The color shows far too much gold tone through the camera lens, but I did get some paint on a canvas. Spring is just beginning to show here, and I couldn't resist the old outbuilding across the highway and up the next hill from my new home.
