Airport Road intersects with Tyson Road, and at that intersection stands a white house on the verge of collapse. In the morning light, the old house provides good painting material. I've picked up snippets of information from a few people in the Olive Branch community. Once occupied by a woman with the name of Burroughs, who attended the nearby church, the place has been vacant for many years and is property of the extended family. The view from the house is a lovely panorama of the winding Airport Road and Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church. I'm always interested in the stories behind places like this. Who was this woman? What was she like? Why was she here? What of the life lived here? This scene has promise, although a lot of tweeking needs to occur. Ms. Burroughs, your home has a good atmosphere, good vibes.
