This piece was started today. The inspiration was two ads in an architectural magazine. I loved the dark values, the minimal light hitting the pottery, and the starkness of this image, A great deal more needs to happen. For instance, the shadows need to be darker. Everything needs to be darker, and the pottery needs an aged appearance. These combined hopefully will form a haunting, almost primitive atmosphere.
