Merry Christmas from My House to Yours

During yesterday's balmy weather, I set up my plein air easel in my front yard and attempted to capture the front of my home with its Christmas regalia. While painting, I thought about the possibility of using this image for a Christmas card next year. My mamma used to refer to out-of-the-blue ideas as "wild hairs," and I had one yesterday. I'm going to pitch it out and see if anyone is interested. Perhaps, you would like an image of the front of your home or maybe the front door painted such as I have done here. I will be willing to come and paint an 8x10 image of either on site (provided you live locally) for $80.00. The finished product would be varnished after drying time, which means I would need to keep it for for approximately two weeks after the initial painting. After that, it would be yours to use however you like. Digital images makes good Christmas cards if you send cards.  Should you not be satisfied with finished product, you would not be obligated to make the purchase. The painting would be mine to keep and everyone would walk away happy.  I would consider this good plein air practice for me and maybe a small painting of your home during the holidays for you.
