Sunlight on Aspen is one of God's many gifts to the world. My only regret is that these trees do not grow in this part of the country. From the distance, a stand of these trees look white-washed and seem to wear a porcelain mantel. In the fall, they assume an added glory. Aspen, Up Close and Personal is an intimate view of bark and leaves. Some things (and people) are disappointing close up, but not the aspen.
